Do you ever catch yourself talking down about yourself? I know I do. Being your own cheerleader is a far better choice than being your own worst critic. Worry can certainly take it’s toll and I know that I am a worrier! I have been consciously trying to overcome this and look at problems in a more rationally. Sometimes we rob ourselves of peace and happiness by letting the worries of the day fill our minds. Taking the time the time to nourish your mind, body, and soul is so important for good health and well being – both physically and mentally. I recently started some morning and evening tea rituals which help me to begin and end each day in a state of calmness and relaxation.
