We believe that the best formula for good health comes from a balanced body and mind. That is the prime reason why we created a bucket list for 2021 – to take care of ourselves and to share the ideas with others! 36 inspiring activities for keeping up the good spirit and a vivid mind. Try to tick-off as many as you can this year (we’ll do the same) and we promise that by the end of the year you will have a happier YOU!

We do have the perfect winter weather at the moment and that’s a real joy!  After a long walk outside it’s great to sip hot drinks and get into writing mode – I always keep a diary or notebook in hand for planning, setting goals and sketching about the future
