Have you started setting your mini goals for this year’s budget, yet? Creating and sticking to a budget is the best thing you can do to get on track financially. However, this can be overwhelming and it is easy to lose motivation to stick to a budget. This is why it is great to set mini goals each year that help you find your way to achieving your larger long-term goals. The key to success is to adjust your timetable. Think about what you want and why you want it – find an anchor of inspiration.

Adding reasons to your goals can put them into perspective and motivate you to push on towards them. Once you’ve identified and assessed these goals – write them down. Keep your objectives clear, organised, and tangible. Use a worksheet, a spreadsheet, or a notepad. The form doesn’t matter so long as they are recorded somewhere!

The new year is a reminder that you are the architect of your own life. So, begin this year by taking some tiny steps towards your dreams. With Covid-19 making traveling the world difficult, now is the perfect time to begin saving money for your future adventures. For an inexpensive way to get some peace of mind – take some time away from the bustle of the city by spending time in nature. Fill your favourite thermos up with a comforting warm tea and show gratitude for the simple pleasures in life.

It can be helpful to create a simple budget – include in it your daily drinking habits (we all need a budget for tea!). Remember to focus path ahead and all the exciting travels that lie in front of you.

Check-in on your goals once in a while, recording your progress.
Once you have crossed off one goal, move onto the next and be proud of how much you have accomplished. Check out RABAMARI Resources here:
